Ron is the perfect person to have as the customer's first contact with your company. He has a friendly, understanding disposition, and was particularly helpful and pleasant. Ron has a great sense of humour, which I appreciated, given the awkward predicament that I was in at the time. Our short telephone conversation went as though we'd known each other for years.
