What payment methods are available to me?

For your convenience we are able to accept payment by credit card, cheque, cash or electronic transfer on completion of our work.

Is QMATE really a 24 hour service?

Yes - This is 100% true. 24 hours a day every day. We are available absolutely any time of day and any time of the year. So even if it's late on Christmas night and you have a plumbing or electrical emergency don't hesitate to contact us.

Am I in the QMATE service area?

QMATE currently offers our range of services from the Brisbane City Region down to the Gold Coast. This service area includes all the Southern Brisbane area and the Eastern, Western & Inner Suburbs of Brisbane. We are based at Beenleigh which gives us an ideal location to offer our 24 hour plumbing and 24 hour electrical to Brisbane and the Gold Coast. If you are not sure if you are in our service area then please give us a call.

Stay tuned though, our service area is rapidly expanding.

Does QMATE do construction?

Not really. While the QMATE team does do some work in tiling, carpentry, plastering and brickwork we do these things as part of our specialist property maintenance offerings. We also do installations and adjustments on existing properties but are not a construction company.
