Ron is the perfect person to have as the customer's first contact with your company. He has a friendly, understanding disposition, and was particularly helpful and pleasant. Ron has a great sense of humour, which I appreciated, given the awkward predicament that I was in at the time. Our short telephone conversation went as though we'd known each other for years. Hi Stewart The following is feedback with regard to my recent (19 November 2007) experience with your Company, QMATE Property Maintenance, that I thought might be of some interest to you and your staff. Ron Burley Ron is the perfect person to have as the customer's first contact with your company. He has a friendly, understanding disposition, and was particularly helpful and pleasant. Ron has a great sense of humour, which I appreciated, given the awkward predicament that I was in at the time. Our short telephone conversation went as though we'd known each other for years. The person who acts as any company's first contact with customers shoulders an enormous responsibility. Ron handles that responsibility extremely well, in a very confident and friendly manner. Eric Pitt My first contact with Eric was by way of a courtesy call he gave me, letting me know that he would be at my place in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, he knocked on my door. Throughout his time on the job, Eric conducted himself in a friendly, business-like manner. He was willing to explain what he was doing, which I appreciated. Eric was very helpful and cooperative. The company vehicle I was extremely impressed when I saw your company vehicle parked outside, as I know my neighbours were. All too often, vehicles belonging to "tradies" are an absolute disgrace and a source of some embarrassment for the customer. Too many companies fail to recognise the business potential of a well-presented vehicle. Your company is definitely not one of them. From a customer's perspective, yours are excellent and very overtly project the "personality" of your company. Stewart, you have every right to feel proud of how both Ron and Eric are promoting a positive image for your company. Though my knowledge of them is limited, in my opinion, they are valuable assets to QMATE Property Maintenance. "Customer satisfaction must be the top priority of every employee and the purpose of every job."
Stewart, in my brief experience, your company does it well. Congratulations. Regards Mike Beveridge 29 November 2007 |
